Choosing a melting crucible: prepare your enquiry
When requesting a crucible in Morocco, a model number alone may not be enough. Gather dimensions and furnace details so suitability can be checked.

Identify the installation
Provide furnace type and heating method, metal or alloy, intended working temperature and operating cycle. A similar model number or nearby size does not establish compatibility.
Compare three dimensions
Record height, top diameter and base diameter in millimetres, together with the legible reference on the previous crucible. SONATAB’s family page lists A, AX and AXO series dimensions. Check support and handling requirements with the person responsible for your installation.
A model number is not a kilogram capacity
Do not automatically interpret the model number as capacity in kg. Working load depends on the metal, geometry and model limits. Request confirmation for your furnace before selecting.
Send a useful enquiry
Include a photo of the reference, height × top diameter × base diameter, furnace type, alloy and quantity. Explain whether you are replacing an existing model. Availability and compatibility require confirmation; follow the installation and operating instructions for the chosen model.
